60ac Wooded Land in Millville, NJ (Cumberland Co)

More SNJ leases we're picking up for the 2024-25 season.  This one is just outside of Bridgeton, right off of Buckshutem Rd.  
 
Access to the land is going to be off of Buckshutem Rd.  From there you can access the rest of the proeprty via foot or ATV.  We do ask that all vehicle traffic on the proeprty be limited to bringing in/our game & equipment.  The primary food sources will be the naturally occuring vegetaion on the lease as well as a area that one can put in a small shake-n-rake food plot too.  The primary water sources will be Bluebird Branch to the south as well as North Cape May Branch to the north of the lease.  It is not a huge piece of land, but it is in a great area for hunting in Cumbeland Co.  
 
There are no game/harvest/access/weapon restricions on this lease other than state/zone laws.  Because of the size of the property, we are asking that there be no more than (3) hunters on this lease.  
 
The cost of the lease is going to be $3,500/yr and this does include a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters.  A 50% non-refundable deposit lock this in for the season with the balance due buy the end of April.  Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option.  And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it for future season.
