34ac Wooded Land in Pittsgrove, NJ (Salem Co)
Starting to get back into SNJ properties again this year with the addition of our field rep Jesse Long. And he's come across this nice 34ac parcel just outside of the town of Elmer.
Access to the land is going to be right off of Pine Ave, where it meets Laurel Ave. From here you can walk the rest of the property fairly easy. Not really any ATV paths on this property. The primary water source on the property is going to be a run-ff creek that dumps into Muddy Run and Elmer Lake is just to the west of this lease. The primary food source is going to be the naturally ocurring vegetation as well as local residential landscaping. If you want to put in a food plot, please run the project by us first for approval. Overall, Salem Co has been very productive for our hunters in the past. I'm sure this lease won't disappoint anyone either.
Other than NJ game laws, there are no other restrictions on this lease. And we are asking that there be no more than (3) hunters on this lease.
The cost of the lease is going to be $2,600/yr and this does include a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable deposit lock this in for the season with the balance due by the end of June. Just use the disocunt code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it for following seasons.
