147ac Wooded Land in Hollywood, MD (St. Mary's Co)

Picked up another St. Mary's Co lease that I'm sure will deisappear pretty quickly.  This one is just off of Three Notch Rd in the Hollywood Md area.  
 
Access to the land is going to be off of Sotterly Rd with parking in front of or just inside the gate acrosss from the farm entry.  From there you can access the rest of the property by foot or by ATV.  Just keep the ATV use limited to existing trails and to only bring in/out game and equipment.  The primaty food souce is going to be various AG fields surrounding the lease.  And the primary water source is going to be a number of tributaries leasing into the Patuxent River to the NE of the lease.  For those of you who know SoMD hunting, you know this is a solid are for q quantity of quality deer.  The hunting is exellent...bar none.
 
The landowner are asking that we remain archery only for the first year, unti they get to know us.  They also want the hunters to give them 24hr advance notice of them being on the lease, just so they know you're going to be there (notification vs permission).  Other than that, just need to follow DNR regulations.  We are asking that there be no more than (8) hunters on the lease.  If you need more than that to make the numbers work, please let is know so we can get the OK.
 
The cost of the lease is going to be $7,700/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters.  A 50% non-refundable deposit lock this in with the balance due by the end of May.  Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option.  And the hunters locking in this lease will have first right off refusal to renew it annually.
