131ac Wooded Land in Austin, PA (Potter Co)

Just picked up another lease in the infamous Potter Co...this time in the Austin area. 131ac of prime Potter Co hunting habitat.

 

Access to the land is going to be off of Watkins Rd with parking right on the property. Even enough room to bring in a camper for an extended stay if you wanted to. From there, you can access the rest of the property via ATV or by foot. We do ask that all ATV traffic be limited to existing trails and to bring in/out game and equipment. The primary water source is going to be the runoff creek that runs along watkins Rd. As for food sources, there's the existing vegetation on the lease as well as enough room to put in a food plot if you wanted to. Just run the plans by us first for approval. Overall, Potter Co has been a mecca in PA for hunting. And this 131ac isn't going to disappoint anyone at all.

 

Other than following PGC game laws, there are no other restrictions for this lease. And we are asking to have no more than (7) on this lease due to its size.

 

The cost of the lease is going to be $3,300/yr and this does include a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable deposit locks this in for the season with the balance dueby the end of April. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it for future seasons.
