Locked in this 116ac all wooded land in Vineland for the 2025-26 season. And with no additional restrictions other than state/zone game laws, this one will not last long.
Access to the land is off of three different roads; Unnion Rd, Bennetts Mill Rd, and Old Mays Landing Rd. From there, you can have access to the rest of the property via foot or ATV. We do ask that ATV use to be limited to bringing in/out equipment & game. The primary food sources will be naturally occurring vegetation as well as a number of small AG fields on the city property to the east. And there's enough room on this land for a food plot or two if you want to put them in. The primary water sources are the various branches of creeks that cross this property as well as pond on the SW corner of the property... which you can fish in and may offer waterfowl opportunities, too. In talking to the owners, this area is well populated with all kinds of game. Hunters picking this up will not be disappointed.
There are no restrictions on this lease other than state/zone game laws. Because of the size of the property, we are asking to have no more than (7) hunters on the lease. If your group does need more than this to lock it in, let us know so we can get the OK.
The cost of the lease is going to be $4,800And this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable deposit lock this in with the balance due within 30 days of the deposit being paid. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And all hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew this lease for future season.
