As a reminder, you need to be logged into your account on our website (the account that has the subscription for those of you with multiple accounts) before you go to the VIP section to see those properties. If you are not logged into your (correct) account you will not be able to see those properties.

I had issues, and almost immediately after I emailed; I got a phone call and they helped me out. Issue now resolved.
I have never been able to/see VIP properties Everything always comes empty or doesn’t exist. To my knowledge I have always signed in correctly. Was told if I can’t see it , then it is gone. Even within few minutes after posting. So I gave up and will another way to find properties.
