The #1 question we get from all new people new to our website is about not seeing a lease you saw that listed as available. That's because it's been leases out or is still in the VIP Properties section for a few more days.
All new leases are only visible in the VIP Properties section for the first five days that they are available for those with a VIP membership to see. After that, they are available for non-members to access. Not only do VIP members get this access but the deposit requirement to lock in a lease us dropped down from 50% of the lease cost to 25%.
Signing up for the VIP Program is as simple as:
1. Create an account on our website (www.cabh.net).
2. Go to the VIP Properties section and click on view plans.
3. Add the VIP subscription to your account.
That's it. Make sure you also have blog notifications turned on so you get new lease updates via email. And make sure you're actually logged into your account each time you log onto our website.
