So, for everyone new in the VIP program (and as a reminder to existing members), this is how we send updates on all new leases when they become available. Once we post up a lease as available, we also update in our "New Properties" blog which generates an eMail notification to only the VIP members. It's a quick message that gives a little into on the property (location, size, etc...) along with a link at the bottom of the eMail to get to our website. We use this method because we are limited in the number of blast eMails we are allowed to send out monthly for spamming reasons. You can see previous "New Properties" blog updates that have been sent in the past on our website to see what they look like.
NOW THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.....whether you are interested in the specific lease in the eMail message sent to you or not, please make sure you click on and open the eMail sent to you. The blog notification system we use has an algorithm in it that views individuals who get blog update eMails, but who doesn't habitually open them, as inactive users after a certain number of eMail updates sent to them are not opened...and stops sending the updates to these individuals completely. We're still trying to get this corrected with our web host. But for now, it is very important that you at lease open the eMail sent to you so you can continue to get other updates.
Also, in the VIP Properties section of our website, the deposit discount code is listed there too. For existing VIP members reading this, this code has changed from last year. So please make sure you are using the correct discount code when checking out so you can get the proper deposit discount.
Lastly, we have a number of available leases ready to be locked in for the 2023-24 season. They will be posted starting on Monday, not tomorrow, when we're back in the office.
