Welcome to leasing land with CABH:

 

The first thing you want to do is look at the leases we have available.  If they are listed on our website as "in stock" then they are able to be locked in.  Each lease listing has its own individual write up as well as a link to a GoogleMaps layout of the property; which you can view in multiple formats (ie Satellite, Topo, etc...).  The write up gives the details of the property which includes any restrictions or caveats that the owners want us to abide by.  And if you want to set up a time to walk one of our properties to see it first-hand, we are more than happy to make those arrangements.  All of our leases are annual leases that coincide with the hunting season going from July 1 to June 30.

To lock in a lease you just need to add it to your cart and go to check out.  In order to get the 50% discount to pay just the deposit, you need to enter the word DEPOSIT in the promo code section on the bottom left side of the checkout page.  Once entered, your cart will reflect the reduced rate which is your deposit.  From there, just check out as you normally would online via PayPal or Credit card.  If you would like to pay by cash or check, give us a call so we can make those arrangements that will not be done online.  Once the deposit is received, you will get a deposit receipt via eMail as well as an invoice eMailed for the balance due.  At that point, you will be able to access the land for any pre-season activities you need to work on (ie Hanging stands, putting out trail cams, etc...).  Please note that we do not "hold" properties for hunters.

Once the balance is paid, we will then eMail you the lease agreement for you to sign and eMail back to us.  We will ask you to include a list of the hunters who will be on the lease with you as well as a single address for usu to send the countersigned lease agreement and the access passes to.  At that point, you are 100% ready for the hunting season.  All of our leases are annual agreements that run July to June.  Come the following January, we will connect with each leasing group to see if you want to renew your agreement the following season.  We will then ask that you put a 50% deposit down by the end of Feb and have the balance paid by the end of April.

Refund Policy:

All deposits are considered to be non-refundable.  So please make sure that the property you put down a deposit on is what you want.  The only exception to this rule is if a lease we locked in becomes unavailable to us (ie Property gets sold).  If this happens, then we will refund the hunters a prorated refund based on the amount of time left of the lease. If this happens before the season begins, the deposit will be refunded back in full.
